Summer Solstice
it always amazes me when the Solstice is upon us. Robins, chickadees and swallows are busy with their second brood. Roses and poopies are in full splendor. Everything is growing, sprouting, blooming.
we have been madly harvesting rose petals for soap-- coming soon.
We were very fortunate to have gotten some Coastal Redwood and are distilling. We will soon be selling a limited amount of the essential oil and hydrosol. It has a lovely citrusy bouquet, dry and with a slight fruity pine overtone.
